Cortney Adams, Owner/Designated Broker
Cortney Adams has been associated in one way or another with Windermere Real Estate for almost 23 years. He has seen this great company grow from 8 offices in a couple cities to over 300 offices in 8 states and 2 countries. He's had the opportunity to start as an assistant all the way to ownership of the Bellevue Commons office.

Judy Nice, Assistant Broker
Judy is the primary backup to Cortney for answering agent's legal and transaction related questions. Judy actively supports training by participating in class scheduling and teaching. She is uniquely qualified for these roles by having 30 years experience in the real estate business, with more than 20 of those years as Broker/Owner of a Century 21 franchise in Kirkland. She is also responsible for supervising our Relocation and Financial Services Group and is directly responsible for all operations relating to Property Management.

Irene Monson, Office Manager
Irene has been with the Windermere Bellevue Commons Office since September 1993. She previously worked with Wallace & Wheeler, Richard James and the Windermere Bellevue office. Prior to working in real estate Irene worked in Mortgage and Escrow. Irene takes great pleasure in helping agents become successful in their careers.
